What is netDockets?

NetDockets provides you with an integrated database of every document filed in over 480 of the largest corporate bankruptcy cases filed over the last decade. That is over 1.1 million total documents. More importantly, netDockets combines this huge database of information with a powerful, intuitive user research interface that makes the database fully and easily searchable so that you can successfully locate the cases and documents that are most relevant to your research needs.

    • Searches are only $5.00 for a single case search and $20.00 for a multiple case search
    • Document downloads are only $3.00 per document
  • Track Usage by Client and User
    • Our system allows you to fully track usage by client identification (in whatever format your firm uses)
    • You can also create unique logins for each user so that you can track usage by individual user as well
  • Access to Raw Data to Facilitate Your Client Billing
    • Each month, we will email you an electronic file containing all of the detail regarding your usage that can be input directly into your client accounting system
    • You can also access full usage data at any time from your own account

About netDockets’ Management

Randall G. Reese
President & Founder

Mr. Reese founded the Company after spending nearly six years with the international law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in its Corporate Restructuring practice group. During that time, he represented clients in many large and complex chapter 11 cases, including representing US Airways Group, Inc. (2002), Delphi Corporation, Washington Group International, Inc., and Enron Corporation as debtors and debtors-in-possession. Mr. Reese also represented creditors, investors, acquirers and other interested parties in numerous other cases, including the chapter 11 cases of US Airways, Inc. (2004), ATA Airlines Corp., PG&E National Energy Group, Inc., Solutia, Inc., USGen New England, Inc., Midway Airlines Corp., and Venture Holdings LLC. Prior to joining Skadden, Mr. Reese also worked with a variety of organizations ranging from new ventures to internationally-renowned business think tanks to Fortune 500 companies. All of this varied experience has been brought to bear in the development of NetDockets.

Mr. Reese received his B.S.B.A. from Georgetown University, his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, and his M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley (pending).
