Herbst Gaming Files Prenegotiated Bankruptcy in Nevada

As expected, on Sunday, March 22, 2009, Herbst Gaming, Inc. and its affiliates filed voluntary chapter 11 bankruptcy petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada in order to effectuate a prenegotiated restructuring. The lead bankruptcy case is Zante, Inc.

Sportsman’s Warehouse Files for Bankruptcy in Delaware

Sportsman’s Warehouse, Inc. and its affiliates filed voluntary chapter 11 bankruptcy petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on March 20, 2009, listing approximately $436 million in assets.

Monaco Coach Corp. Creditors’ Committee Appointed
