On March 24, 2009, Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York entered a memorandum opinion and order affirming the decision of Judge Robert Drain denying the United States of America’s Motion for Leave to File Late Claim and disallowing the government’s proof of claim against Delphi Corp.
