As reported earlier, Tarragon Corp. and numerous affiliates filed for bankruptcy today (more details on the bankruptcy filing can be found here). As is customary in large corporate bankruptcy filings, Tarragon also filed motions and applications for relief from certain bankruptcy code sections and rules in order to allow the companies to continue to operate their businesses.
