The United States Trustee has appointed the members of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Heller Ehrman LLP bankruptcy case.  Heller Ehrman filed for bankruptcy in the Northern District of California on December 28, 2008.  The members of the Creditors’ Committee are:

• MEPT St. Matthews LLC
• Williams Lea, Inc.
• Alfred D. Moore
• Guckenheimer Enterprises, Inc.
