Tweeter Home Entertainment Group, Inc. has filed a motion seeking authority to reject all remaining executory contracts and unexpired leases. Tweeter Home Entertainment Group filed for bankruptcy in 2007 and its successor company, Tweeter Opco LLC, recently filed a voluntary petition as well. Tweeter Opco is now in the process of liquidating and going out of business.
